If you are going to stay anywhere in Cairo it has got to be at the Shadow Pyramids Palace in Giza. All of the staff couldn´t have done enough for us, we were made to feel so special. Eslam organised all of our trips and travel in and around Giza and Cairo, Shahd looked after us during the day, and Amr at night, attending to any request we had in the hotel. They organised our excellent tour guide Aya to show us all of the amazing sites, with our brilliant driver Mustafa who kept us safe on the roads lol!! Everyone that works in the hotel and rooftop restaurant are so friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant serves fantastic food, and has the best view in town! It was a dream come true waking up to the pyramids outside our window every morning!! It was my birthday whilst there, and one I will always remember as everyone made it so special, we can´t thank them enough. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back :)

The view is amazing and you can go walking from the hotel to the pyramids. staff was great everything we needed they helped us, we did a couple of tours with them as well and they were really good and the guides were excellent, hope returning in the future.

If you want to rest near pyramids; this hotel is the true selection. You can watch Lights & Sounds show everyday at the roof reastaurant. They also play your special songs and dance with you. Special thanks to reception stuff Amr, Shad (Askim Askim :)) ), Emad, Eslam and Hussin. Waiter Castello knows his job and very professional, and the curly haired little boy who waits at floor we will miss you :)) Dont forget to drop tip to stuff. Reception exchange money at current rate, no tricks, and you can take some buggy tour, pyramid tour or Nile ship tour with guide from them. We took a buggy and Giza tour and it was fine.

Great location, Wonderful view, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice and hospitality too. The breakfast was very good with the best view from the rooftop. We really enjoyed our stay , Everything was great in this hotel . All in all I totally recommend it for everyone.

This was the best hotel we tried in 10 days in egyptWe stayed for the first two nights and we ended up staying again the last night.The staff is simply amazing! Islam was incredibly helpful he helped us in every way possible and always with a smile. Shad and Mira were super smiley and always ready to help.The rooms were clean and they give you free water whenever you like which is very uncommon in other hotels. The rooftop is stunning! Umbelievable view in front of the pyramids we just loved everything!

The property is super clean and accommodating! Amazing location, super soft beds. Room has everything what is needed for the stay. Great breakfast! The service was just exceptional!!Amazing, super friendly and accommodating stuff, Shahs, Mira and Nana have made sure that we are spending the time of our life! Wonderful hotel with the best view from the rooftop, Amazing service and location in awesome staff is friendly specially ( Shad, Mira, Hussin, Amr, Eslam ), accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile.Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was amazing and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay❤️.

Everything is good from the view from the balcony (hello pyramid!), the people and the close proximity to the pyramid itself. Special mention definitely for the people who made my stay very remarkable! Special mention for Shahd who is very friendly and has taken care of my whole stay in the property! She is very hospital and smiling all the time. I mean talking about feeling comfortable and feels like a family. She needed a raise i guess! Other colleagues for special mention is Amr, Hussein and Islam for being the best staff in the hotel! Also the good breakfast everyday and the view from the breakfast rooftop! They are also open 24hrs and can organise your tours!!!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting giza
