The hotel is amazing! We got what we paid for and it is more than that. We are impressed with the staff especially Mira, she is the most friendly front desk staff I have ever known. You can also use cards for the payment and its very safe. Thank you for taking care of us.

Very friendly staff, simple room but had everything you needed, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the great location Breakfast was delivered to my room and was absolutely fantastic. They called to ask what I wanted and it was delivered beyond expectations. The rooftop restaurant also has a variety of foods

This was the best hotel we tried in 10 days in egypt
We stayed for the first two nights and we ended up staying again the last night.
The staff is simply amazing! Islam was incredibly helpful he helped us in every way possible and always with a smile. Shad and Mira were super smiley and always ready to help.
The rooms were clean and they give you free water whenever you like which is very uncommon in other hotels. The rooftop is stunning! Umbelievable view in front of the pyramids we just loved everything!

If you are going to stay anywhere in Cairo it has got to be at the Shadow Pyramids Palace in Giza. All of the staff couldn´t have done enough for us, we were made to feel so special. Eslam organised all of our trips and travel in and around Giza and Cairo, Shahd looked after us during the day, and Amr at night, attending to any request we had in the hotel. They organised our excellent tour guide Aya to show us all of the amazing sites, with our brilliant driver Mustafa who kept us safe on the roads lol!! Everyone that works in the hotel and rooftop restaurant are so friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant serves fantastic food, and has the best view in town! It was a dream come true waking up to the pyramids outside our window every morning!! It was my birthday whilst there, and one I will always remember as everyone made it so special, we can´t thank them enough. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back :)

In our opinion, one of the best hotels to choose in Giza. The hotel has very friendly staff and it has very nice Egyptian elements overall in the hotel that create a pleasant atmosphere.
And as an absolute highlight is the fantastic view of the pyramids. Breakfast or dinner, doesn't matter but you are not going to find a nicer view on their various terraces.
The location on the pyramids of Giza is also special, It is, especially in the evening, a kind of oasis in a hectic city.
At the hotel they can also arrange various tours for you and we also visited the new Grand Egyptian museum through them in addition to a visit to the pyramids. Officially not open yet but you can have a kind of soft tour and go and admire the building itself and the parts slide already open.
It will definitely be a future highlight of Cairo/Gize. The mix of overwhelming collection, magnificent building and in a perfect location makes it a must see goal for any future visitor.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. I spoke to Shahd on the phone first and she greeted us and made us feel very welcomed when we came to stay. the restaurant staff also were really nice and super friendly. brilliant location to the pyramids

The staff were amazing- so kind and attentive. They worked very hard to make sure guests were happy at all times and we really enjoyed chatting with them :)
The rooftop terrace was such a highlight- we absolutely loved chilling there and taking in the amazing view, both in the evening and in the morning too.

Great location, Wonderful view, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice and hospitality too. The breakfast was very good with the best view from the rooftop. We really enjoyed our stay , Everything was great in this hotel . All in all I totally recommend it for everyone.

Everything is good from the view from the balcony (hello pyramid!), the people and the close proximity to the pyramid itself. Special mention definitely for the people who made my stay very remarkable! Special mention for Shahd who is very friendly and has taken care of my whole stay in the property! She is very hospital and smiling all the time. I mean talking about feeling comfortable and feels like a family. She needed a raise i guess! Other colleagues for special mention is Amr, Hussein and Islam for being the best staff in the hotel! Also the good breakfast everyday and the view from the breakfast rooftop! They are also open 24hrs and can organise your tours!!!

Everything was great the place and the service, cleaning ,the staff was very helpful and kind, the roof top had a wonderful view it's so close to the pyramids you can take many pictures, Excellent breakfast, We had an amazing experience many thanks to the receptionist staff Hussien ,Islam , Amr and shahd thanks for everything guys

I recommend this place to everyone, one of the most beautiful places overlooking the pyramids. They also provide all services and beautiful trips around Egypt. It was a wonderful vacation. Thank you everyone

If you want to rest near pyramids; this hotel is the true selection. You can watch Lights & Sounds show everyday at the roof reastaurant. They also play your special songs and dance with you. Special thanks to reception stuff Amr, Shad (Askim Askim :)) ), Emad, Eslam and Hussin. Waiter Castello knows his job and very professional, and the curly haired little boy who waits at floor we will miss you :)) Dont forget to drop tip to stuff. Reception exchange money at current rate, no tricks, and you can take some buggy tour, pyramid tour or Nile ship tour with guide from them. We took a buggy and Giza tour and it was fine.

The Inn provided a complimentary pick up from the Airport because we booked 5D 4N. When we arrived, they provided welcome drinks in the rooftop with the view of the Great Pyramids which superB. They also offer you in the evening a light & sound show you just have to book/reserve a table in advance.

The view is amazing and you can go walking from the hotel to the pyramids. staff was great everything we needed they helped us, we did a couple of tours with them as well and they were really good and the guides were excellent, hope returning in the future.

The property is super clean and accommodating! Amazing location, super soft beds. Room has everything what is needed for the stay. Great breakfast! The service was just exceptional!!

Everything was perfect. From the room to the view to the breakfast. You can’t get a better view in all Egypt. And the owner Ali is one of the best people we had the pleasure to meet in our life. We’ll be back very soon.
